What You'll Do:

Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting with product selection, packaging, and general inquiries Operate the cash register with accuracy and follow proper cash handling procedures Conduct price and feature comparisons to help customers make informed purchasing decisions Cross-sell and upsell products to maximize sales opportunities Inform customers about current promotions, discounts, and special offers Manage returns and process merchandise exchanges in a professional manner Ensure shelves and racks are fully stocked, organized, and clean Handle incoming phone calls and customer inquiries with professional phone etiquette Support print and document services; prior experience with print services is a plus Lift and move packages up to 50 lbs as needed Work closely with the Retail Sales Representative team to ensure excellent service—especially during peak periods Stay informed about new products and services Share customer feedback with the Store Manager to support continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Sales Associate, Retail Sales Representative, or similar role Understanding of the retail sales process and consumer behavior principles Familiarity with inventory management and stocking procedures Experience achieving or exceeding sales quotas Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships with customers and colleagues Strong basic math skills Flexible availability, including the ability to work various shifts Physically able to lift and move 50+ pounds High school diploma or equivalent required
