Role:

As a Donation Center Attendant, you will be the point of contact for community members who donate goods. You play a vital role in creating a positive donor experience while supporting and sharing Goodwill's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and thank donors in a friendly, professional manner Accept donated merchandise and issue donor tax receipts as requested Maintain a clean, organized, and safe donation center Follow Goodwill policies and safety procedures

Requirements:

Ability to wear a company uniform, including an identification badge Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Ability to perform physical duties such as standing, walking, bending, reaching, and stair climbing Ability to work outdoors in winter conditions and indoors in a heated trailer office Background check required
