Duties Welcome guests warmly, assist with lane reservations, and manage walk-in bookings to ensure smooth flow of bowling activities Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area, including handling manual tasks such as heavy lifting of equipment or supplies Support event setup and management for birthday parties, leagues, or special events, ensuring all activities run seamlessly Enforce safety protocols by monitoring guest behavior, managing conflict resolution, and responding promptly to incidents using conflict management skills Provide first aid or CPR when necessary, ensuring guest safety at all times Handle guest inquiries about services, food offerings, or venue amenities through excellent customer service and public speaking skills Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales, food service, or hospitality environments is highly desirable Knowledge of event venue operations or experience managing events is a plus Demonstrated ability to work with children and provide engaging guest services in lively settings Familiarity with cash handling, processing transactions through POS systems, and basic math skills for accurate billing Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and outdoor work when required Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified Strong communication skills for public speaking and conflict management; experience in theater or lifeguard roles adds value Commitment to safety protocol adherence and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests Join us in creating memorable moments at our entertainment venue!
