This is an entry-level, in-person position with paid training. Previous sales experience is not required—we provide all the training and mentorship you need to succeed. What You'll Do Represent AT&T products and services in a retail environment. Educate customers on wireless, internet, and entertainment solutions. Build relationships by identifying customer needs and recommending the best products. Demonstrate devices, explain promotions, and answer customer questions. Process new activations, upgrades, and account changes. Meet individual and team sales goals while delivering excellent customer service. Participate in ongoing sales and leadership training.
