If you love fashion, enjoy working with people, and have a natural talent for making customers feel welcome, we'd love to meet you. This is a customer-focused sales position with the opportunity to earn additional income through commission. Our ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, personable, and excited to help customers find pieces they love. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a warm, welcoming shopping experience Assist customers with selecting clothing, accessories, and gifts Provide styling and product recommendations Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat business Work toward individual and store sales goals Process purchases and operate the point-of-sale system Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing Restock and merchandise products as needed Assist with opening and closing duties Promote new arrivals, special promotions, and boutique events Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working as part of a team What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable approaching customers and starting conversations Sales-minded and motivated to earn commission Dependable and punctual Positive attitude and team player Interest in fashion, styling, and boutique retail is a plus Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required Compensation $12/hour + commission on sales Your hard work and ability to connect with customers can directly increase your earnings through our commission program.
