This is more than a traditional cashier position. Our associates help customers with shipping, packaging, printing, mailbox services, returns, document services, and much more. Every day is different, and we provide paid training to help you learn the business and become confident recommending the right solutions to our customers. What You'll Do As a Retail Sales & Customer Service Associate, you will: Provide friendly, professional, and helpful service to every customer. Assist customers with shipping, packaging, returns, printing, copying, mailbox services, and other store services. Ask questions and listen to customers so you can recommend the best products and services for their needs. Explain available options and help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale and shipping systems. Learn to operate printers, copiers, finishing equipment, and other store technology. Handle multiple customers and tasks while maintaining accuracy and a positive attitude. Help maintain a clean, organized, professional, and welcoming store. Work cooperatively with other team members and store leadership. Continue learning our products, services, systems, and sales techniques through ongoing training. Schedule Part-Time:

Approximately 20-25 Hours Per Week Availability may include: Weekdays Saturdays Sundays Additional hours during busy periods and holiday seasons Scheduling needs may vary by location.
