This is a full-time, entry-level position with paid training and hands-on experience in customer engagement, sales, marketing, and brand representation. In this role, you will work directly with customers to provide information about client products and services, answer questions, explain current promotions, and assist with sales or service enrollment when applicable. Responsibilities Represent client brands and campaigns professionally inside retail locations Engage with customers face-to-face and provide information about products and services Explain current promotions, offers, and available services Ask questions to understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service information Assist customers with purchases, enrollments, or service sign-ups when applicable Provide a positive and professional customer experience Maintain accurate information when completing customer or sales documentation Work toward individual and team performance goals Participate in paid training and coaching focused on sales, customer engagement, and campaign knowledge Work with team members and management to support daily campaign activities Qualifications Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach Comfortable speaking with customers in person Reliable and able to work a full-time schedule Willingness to learn and participate in training Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in retail, sales, hospitality, customer service, or marketing is helpful but not required Compensation & Benefits Hourly base pay Performance-based commissions and/or bonuses, where applicable Paid weekly Paid training Ongoing coaching and professional development Employee discounts, where applicable Health insurance options for eligible employees Opportunities for additional responsibilities and advancement based on performance and business needs Position Details This is an in-person, customer-facing position .
