Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping journey Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process retail sales transactions accurately Handle cash register operations, including cash handling and cash drawer management with precision Assist customers with product demos and answer questions about store merchandise and features Upsell products by recommending complementary items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is tidy and well-merchandised Maintain phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support inventory management through stocking, merchandising, and inventory checks Demonstrate strong retail math skills for accurate transactions and balancing cash registers Apply basic math skills for calculating totals, discounts, and change efficiently Experience Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
