Full Job Description Part Time Sales Associate Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store operations, and supporting various aspects of our business including customer service and e-commerce. Must be able to work weekends and evenings.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service and Sales Provide excellent customer service, assisting with inquiries and product information Explain store policies and procedures to customers Assist customers with event information and registration Respond to customer service emails Store Operations Execute store opening and closing procedures Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy environment Participate in inventory cycle counts Adhere to cash policies and procedures Assist with event preparation, management and facilitation Stock and maintain merchandise Maintain and organize backstock Use POS and IMS to fulfill customer orders Specialized Tasks Pull and file trading card game singles Organize and file comics Fulfill e-commerce orders Communicate the code of conduct to customers who participate in events Additional Duties Provide feedback to management on products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Knowledge of or interest in trading card games and related products Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
