Paragon Prime is hiring a Customer Engagement Associate to represent Just Energy inside established retail locations throughout the Sylvania area. As a Customer Engagement Associate, you'll spend your day meeting new people, answering questions, introducing available services, and helping customers learn about options that fit their needs. If you enjoy staying active, talking with people, and developing professional sales experience in a retail environment, this could be a great fit. Every Customer Engagement Associate receives hands-on training and ongoing support while developing practical experience in customer communication, retail operations, and consultative sales. Rather than sitting behind a desk, you'll interact with customers throughout the day, contribute to retail campaigns, and build transferable sales skills that support long-term career growth. Responsibilities of the Customer Engagement Associate Start conversations with customers by introducing current products, services, and promotional opportunities while supporting daily sales initiatives. Listen carefully to what customers are looking for and explain available options in a clear, easy-to-understand way that encourages informed sales decisions. Answer customer questions about available services, current offers, and enrollment requirements with professionalism and accuracy. Demonstrate products and explain promotions while creating an engaging retail experience that supports professional sales conversations. Assist interested customers through the enrollment process while ensuring information is completed accurately and every sales interaction remains organized and efficient. Stay informed on product updates, promotions, and retail campaigns to confidently support customers and strengthen daily sales performance. Share customer feedback and observations that help improve future campaigns, customer engagement, and overall sales results. Continue developing communication, presentation, and professional sales skills while growing as a Customer Engagement Associate. Qualifications of the Customer Engagement Associate 0-2+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, community outreach, or another people-focused role is helpful but not required. Enjoys engaging with customers and creating informative, welcoming retail experiences. Comfortable adapting conversations to different personalities and situations throughout the day. Interested in learning consultative sales techniques and developing transferable professional skills. Organized, dependable, and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment. Appreciates coaching, enjoys learning, and is motivated to continue improving sales and communication abilities. Reliable transportation to the Sylvania office and assigned retail locations. Excited to grow as a Customer Engagement Associate while contributing to team sales goals and helping customers explore products and services that fit their needs.

$3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
