This isn't a job where you'll simply stand behind the counter and ring up customers. Our sales associates are expected to learn our products, understand what customers are looking for, make knowledgeable recommendations, and take initiative throughout their shift. What You'll Do Help customers find products that fit their needs, preferences, and experience level. Learn and confidently explain our devices, e-liquids, disposables, accessories, and other products. Ask the right questions to understand what a customer is looking for and make appropriate recommendations. Provide friendly, professional customer service both in-store and over the phone. Operate our POS system and process transactions accurately. Handle cash and maintain accuracy at the register. Receive inventory, restock products, and maintain organized displays. Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and ready for customers. Complete daily store tasks and use slower periods productively. Follow company policies, procedures, safety standards, and compliance requirements. Continue learning new products, brands, and industry information. Work independently while contributing to a positive team environment. What We're Looking For You don't have to have vape shop experience to apply. Retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
