Role Overview:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience by assisting with merchandise, maintaining displays, and operating the cash register.

Key Responsibilities:

Unload trucks and follow processes to receive and stock merchandise. Build displays, stock, rotate, and face products on shelves. Assist customers in locating items and provide courteous service. Operate cash register, handle transactions, and bag purchases. Maintain store cleanliness by cleaning floors, restrooms, and taking out trash. Assist with ordering merchandise and setting up store displays.

Qualifications & Skills:

Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Understanding of safety policies and merchandise presentation guidelines. Basic cash handling and mathematical skills. Ability to perform cash register functions and read plan-o-grams. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Working Conditions:

Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 pounds. Ability to use equipment like scanners, box cutters, and dollies. Fast-paced environment with moderate noise and occasional outdoor exposure.
