Store Associate

If you are a modivated self starter, love pets, and enjoy a busy atmosphere, look no further! As a store associate you can expect to answer phone calls, book grooming and boarding/ daycare reservations. Communicate well with clients on updates about pets, and explain the services we offer. Understand and know computer skills as well as dog breeds and temperments to help adiquatly do bookings for clients. Intake grooming clients for our groomers and know how to adequately communicate grooming services. You will be hands on with pets taking them to designated holding areas in the facility. Call for pickup once services are finished and Check out clients at pickup and any store merchandise. Keep a clean workspace such as extra cleaning around the facility, sweeping parking lots, taking trash out, picking up after potty accidents in the store, pricing and stocking merchandise, and doing orders for the facility, multitasking to stay on track with our booked time scheduled. An added bonus to your pay will be tips! Clients will leave tips periodically and they go directly to our staff members! A friendly and bubbly personality helps keep our clients coming back for more.
