Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and attentive Front Door Greeter to serve as the welcoming face of our restaurant. In this pivotal role, you will create a positive first impression for customers and visitors while ensuring welcoming environment. Duties Greet all customers and visitors warmly as they enter, providing a friendly and professional first impression Answer phones and provide information about the restaurant, take reservations, complete carry out orders Manage guest flow during busy periods, helping to maintain a welcoming environment for walk in guests Skills Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in internal team settings Experience in restaurant roles is preferred Ability to perform physical duties, including standing for extended periods
