We are hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Associates supporting AT&T products and services. This is an entry-level, in-person sales position for individuals who enjoy working with customers, learning new skills, and working toward performance-based goals. The role involves direct, face-to-face customer interactions in residential and small business markets. You will receive paid training and ongoing support to help you learn our sales process, product offerings, and customer service approach.

•This is NOT door to door or commission only. What You'll Do Represent AT&T products and services in a professional and customer-focused manner. Speak directly with customers to understand their needs and explain available wireless, internet, and entertainment options. Answer customer questions and provide information about available products and services. Follow established sales and customer service procedures. Track individual performance and work toward established sales goals. Participate in local promotional events and community-based marketing initiatives. Attend ongoing training focused on product knowledge, customer service, sales, and professional development. What You'll Bring High school diploma or GED preferred. No previous sales experience required; paid training is provided. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, professional, and comfortable interacting with customers in person. Willingness to learn and work toward individual and team goals. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
