Paragon Prime is growing, and we're looking for a full-time Sales Team Member to be the face of Just Energy in busy, well-known retail locations. What you'll be doing as a Sales Team Member Starting friendly in person, no-pressure conversations with customers and explaining what we offer in plain, simple terms Qualifying customers by asking questions to uncover what each customer needs, then matching them with the plan that fits Presenting plan features and savings clearly, handling objections, and building the trust that turns a conversation into a sale Closing sales by guiding customers through enrollment accurately and making the process smooth from start to finish Passing along what you hear from customers so sales team members can sharpen their sales approach Joining promotions, launches, and special events, and hitting your goals alongside sales team members Keeping up with current offers so you can pitch with confidence and give accurate answers What we're looking for in a Sales Team Member A positive, outgoing personality and comfort talking with strangers Strong communication skills and the ability to explain things clearly A self-starter mindset: you take ownership, follow through, and don't need constant direction Good organization and the ability to stay focused in a busy, on-your-feet environment Coachability and a real interest in learning sales Reliable transportation to our office and to assigned store locations Retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person even if you're new to sales What you'll gain as a Sales Team Member Hands-on training and mentorship from an experienced team Real-world experience in customer engagement, presentation, and sales A clear path to grow your skills and your role over time If you're ready to turn great conversations into a career, apply today and join the Paragon Prime as our next Sales Team Member.
