Responsibilities Assist Technicians in identifying and selecting the correct automotive parts and accessories based on their needs Manage inventory levels through inventory control systems and ensure stock accuracy using automotive parts management tools like CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash and credit payments securely Build lasting supplier relationships through excellent communication skills, Collaborate with the service team to support automotive repair and maintenance operations by providing mechanical troubleshooting advice Maintain a clean, organized counter area and stock shelves efficiently to facilitate quick order fulfillment Qualifications Previous experience in dealership or retail automotive parts sales is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, automotive diagnostics, and repair processes Familiarity with inventory management software, CMMS systems, Microsoft Office applications, and POS platforms Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with customers and suppliers to optimize sales outcomes Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, along with retail math skills for order fulfillment and stock control Experience with automotive service procedures, auto parts management, and customer relationship building is advantageous Organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records of sales, inventory, and client interactions Embark on a rewarding career where your mechanical expertise meets exceptional customer service!
