This is not a traditional front-desk only job. This is an active, hands-on role that combines sales, hospitality, customer service, cleaning, and studio operations. During a typical shift, you may be greeting members, giving a studio tour, helping a first-time guest, presenting membership options, answering calls, texting leads, folding laundry, cleaning mirrors, helping reset a suite, and getting the studio ready for the next guest. We're looking for people who like to stay busy, enjoy talking with customers, take pride in a clean studio, and are willing to jump in wherever needed. What You'll Do Sales & Guest Experience Create an exceptional experience for every guest and member. Greet and check in members and build genuine relationships with them. Guide first-time guests through the SWTHZ experience. Give studio tours and explain our infrared sauna, cold plunge, vitamin-C shower, and amenities. Walk guests back to their suites, explain how everything works, and answer questions. Ask questions to understand each guest's health, wellness, and recovery goals. Recommend and present memberships and packages based on the guest's needs. Work toward individual and studio sales goals. Calls, Texts & Lead Follow-Up Make outbound calls and send text messages to prospective and existing customers. Follow up with leads, former members, intro guests, missed guests, and other sales opportunities. Respond to incoming calls, texts, and appointment requests. Schedule introductory sessions and future appointments. Work through assigned call and follow-up lists throughout your shift. Cleaning & Studio Operations Clean mirrors, glass, counters, lobby areas, bathrooms, and other common areas. Fold and organize laundry and restock towels and guest amenities. Help Studio Cleaners clean and reset private suites during busy periods. Keep the front desk, lobby, laundry area, and storage areas clean and organized. Complete opening and closing checklists. Help keep appointments running on time and guests moving smoothly through the studio. Notice what needs to be done and take care of it without waiting to be asked. Qualifications 1+ years of customer service, hospitality, retail, fitness, wellness, or sales experience preferred. High School Diploma or GED required. Previous membership sales experience is a plus. Strong communication skills. Comfortable standing and moving throughout the studio for extended periods. Ability to perform routine cleaning tasks and move towels and supplies. Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays depending on scheduling needs. Benefits Free SWTHZ membership. Approximately 20% of the Sales Associate's job duties include studio cleaning, suite cleaning, laundry, and related tasks.
