Ivy Marie Prom & Bridal Boutique is growing, and we're looking for both Full-Time and Part-Time Bridal Stylists to join our team! This isn't your typical retail job. Our stylists get to be part of some of the biggest moments in our customers' lives — from helping a bride find the dress to styling her entire wedding-day look. We're looking for someone who can create an unforgettable experience while also being confident in sales, comfortable working toward goals, and ready to be part of a fast-paced boutique team. You'll style brides, learn designers and trends, create content, merchandise the boutique, work events, and help create the Ivy experience. Grow with us. What You'll Do As an Ivy Bridal Stylist, you'll: Lead one-on-one bridal appointments from the first introduction through the final "YES!" Learn each bride's vision, wedding details, style, and budget Select gowns based on what you learn about your bride Confidently guide customers through purchasing decisions Help brides complete their look with veils, jewelry, and accessories Build genuine relationships with brides and their families Learn our bridal designers, inventory, sizing, ordering, and boutique policies Prepare and reset private bridal suites between appointments Keep bridal gowns, racks, and displays organized and beautiful Steam and care for gowns Answer phones and assist with appointment booking Follow up with customers when needed Help maintain a clean, polished, Instagram-worthy boutique Participate in Instagram and TikTok content Assist with special events, trunk shows, and busy shopping weekends Support other areas of the boutique when needed You'll Be Great at Ivy If You... You're naturally friendly and can make someone feel comfortable within the first few minutes of meeting them. You're confident without being pushy. You understand that being a great stylist means selling , not simply helping someone try on pretty dresses. You can listen to a bride say she wants one thing and recognize that what she's actually looking for may be something completely different. You don't shut down when someone says, "I need to think about it." You can handle constructive feedback and actually use it. You're comfortable talking to customers in person and on the phone. You're dependable and don't need someone constantly reminding you what needs done. You notice the crooked dress on the rack, the empty fitting room, or the customer who hasn't been greeted — and take care of it. You're comfortable being photographed or appearing in occasional social media content.

And most importantly:

you genuinely enjoy working with people. Experience Previous bridal experience is not required. We'd love to meet candidates with experience in: Retail sales Fashion Beauty or cosmetics Hospitality Jewelry Customer service Event or wedding industries Commission-based sales We're willing to train the right personality. For us, confidence, dependability, coachability, communication skills, and natural sales ability matter just as much as what's on your résumé. Full-Time Bridal Stylist Our Full-Time Stylists should have: Open and flexible weekly availability Weekend availability Availability during peak bridal and prom seasons Interest in taking on additional responsibilities as they grow A desire for a long-term position with Ivy Marie Full-time team members may work across bridal appointments, boutique operations, events, social media, customer communication, and other areas of the store. Part-Time Bridal Stylist Our Part-Time Stylists are perfect for someone who wants consistent boutique hours without a traditional full-time schedule. Part-time availability must include weekends , as Saturdays and Sundays are some of our most important bridal days. Additional weekday/evening availability is a plus.

Compensation Starting base pay:

•17/hour depending on experience, availability, and position.

What Success Looks Like Your first 30 days: Learn the Ivy experience, our bridal designers, inventory, sales process, policies, appointment flow, and daily boutique expectations. By 90 days: Confidently lead bridal appointments, recommend gowns based on each bride, overcome common objections, sell accessories, and consistently work toward individual and team sales goals. By 6 months: Operate confidently as an Ivy stylist, maintain strong sales performance, understand boutique operations, and be someone the team can depend on during our busiest days. For the right person, growth doesn't have to stop at Stylist. As Ivy continues to grow, we're looking for team members who can eventually step into additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities. Schedule & Availability Bridal retail is busiest when our customers are off work — which means weekends are a major part of this position. Applicants should be prepared to work Saturdays and/or Sundays depending on whether they are applying for a part-time or full-time position. Peak seasons, special events, bridal shows, and promotional weekends may require additional availability. We absolutely understand that people need time off and do our best to accommodate requests when they're submitted in advance.
