About us RV Parts Counter Associate Bell Camper Sales - Bartlesville, Oklahoma Bell Camper Sales is a family-owned RV dealership that has served the Bartlesville area since 1967. Our goal is to make RV ownership as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. We offer a friendly, team-oriented workplace without the corporate atmosphere found at many larger dealerships. We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and organized person to join our team as a full-time RV Parts Counter Associate. This position is often the first point of contact for our customers, so excellent customer service and a positive attitude are essential. Primary Responsibilities Welcome customers and help direct them to the appropriate department Assist customers at the parts counter Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer questions Reorder commonly stocked parts and help maintain appropriate inventory levels Operate the cash register and accurately manage the cash drawer Receive payments and complete customer transactions Keep the front counter and customer areas clean and organized Work closely with our parts and service teams to help customers get what they need What We Are Looking For Friendly and professional customer-service skills Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Good organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable answering phones and working with customers in person Basic computer and cash-handling skills Ability to learn RV parts, accessories, and inventory systems Previous parts, retail, automotive, or RV experience is helpful but not required Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. One Saturday per month Full-time position Pay and Benefits Starting pay: $13 per hour Opportunities for pay increases as you learn the position and take on additional responsibilities Health insurance eligibility after 60 days Paid time off after one year 401(k) eligibility after one year Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
