DIRECT HIRE
Hourly Range:
$35/hr - $40/hr
Hours:
6:30 am - 3:30 pm Monday-Friday Demonstrates proficiency in all requirements of Control Panel Technician III Lead, manage, and hold accountable team of Control Panel Technicians Prioritize and schedule resources based on project requirements Provide insight into staffing levels relative to the business plan and project backlog Ensure that finished product meets Client's quality standards Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Manage UL panel shop certification Maintain

certification Identifies areas for improvement or optimization in workflows, process Champion a culture of Lean and continuous improvement across the team Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills, knowledge and performance Conduct performance evaluations in line with the RPRS concepts of EOS and role expectations Able to lead a team to execute complex projects with minimal guidance Ensure the team has the necessary tools Attend scheduling meeting and execute production schedule for the week Attend project kickoff meetings to align on project scope, schedule, and deliverables Provide first-level (L1) production support to the manufacturing team Keeping team members on task to meet project deadlines and budgets Resolve personal conflict amongst your team Mastery of all Manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures Perform energized QA/QC panel checks per Client's Standard Operating Procedures Mentor others in QA/QC procedures Study trends in defects and determine ways to design them out or enhance training Lead Toolbox meetings Track the status of all active projects against deadlines Manage and optimize VMI or consumable inventory Oversee inventory management and receiving / shipping Conduct / Participate in customer
