As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and educating clients about our wide range of cannabis products. Your expertise will help customers make informed decisions, ensuring they have a positive experience while adhering to all regulations and company policies. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting cannabis products that meet their needs. Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on the various strains, consumption methods, and effects. Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products, ensuring that inventory is properly managed. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately. Answer customer inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when necessary. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere and enhance the overall shopping experience. Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance regulations to provide accurate information to customers. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on retail sales. Proficient in operating cash registers and handling cash transactions. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Experience with product demos to showcase the benefits of various cannabis products. Knowledge of stock management practices to ensure product availability.
