We are seeking a dedicated and organized professional to join our customer-focused team. The Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle incoming calls and communications related to billing, sales, and support. Your role is critical in setting the tone for our customer relationships and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellent service. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls from customers inquiring about billing, sales, and technical support issues Manage billing-related calls, including account inquiries, payment processing, and invoice clarification Make outbound calls to customers for sales opportunities, follow-ups, and business initiatives Identify and present upsell and cross-sell opportunities to customers based on their current service and needs Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and apply technical knowledge to assist residential and business customers Conduct thorough diagnostics and guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting processes Communicate technical solutions and service benefits clearly and professionally to customers of varying technical backgrounds Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions Set high standards of performance for self, assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing all assignments Perform all tasks and responsibilities assigned by management Our Core Values Always do the right thing We prioritize integrity and ethics in every decision and interaction.
