Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and engage with them to understand their needs and preferences Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash handling and register operations Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain attractive merchandising standards to enhance the store's visual appeal Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering advice, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Handle cash register operations efficiently, including cash drawer handling, basic math calculations, and processing returns or exchanges Support inventory management through stock replenishment and product demos to showcase new arrivals or featured items Uphold phone etiquette standards when assisting customers via phone inquiries Qualifications Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in boutique or fashion environments Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to perform retail store product knowledge tasks including merchandising and stock management Comfortable handling cash handling procedures, including cash drawer management and cashiering responsibilities Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional customer interactions over the phone Basic math skills for daily retail transactions and inventory counts We're excited to welcome energetic individuals who are eager to make a positive impact in our boutique.
