We are a medical cannabis retailer committed to offering the best possible service to our customers. We take pride in our knowledgeable and friendly team, and we are looking for a self-motivated individual who passionate about cannabis, to join us as a part-time Budtender Retail Associate. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic team within the rapidly evolving cannabis industry.

Position Summary:

As a Budtender, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service as you assist customers in selecting products that meet their individual needs, educate them about our offerings, and ensure the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality control. Position is part-time, approximately 20-25 hours per week at $12.50 per hour + plus tips. Includes night and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide detailed information on cannabis products, including their effects, benefits, and proper usage. Assist customers in selecting products tailored to their medical needs. Ensure all products are properly labeled and stocked, maintaining accurate inventory. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Stay up to date on cannabis industry trends, product knowledge, and state laws. Follow all safety and security protocols in accordance with company and state regulations. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the success of the store and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older. Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in the cannabis industry, is a plus but not required. A strong desire to learn about cannabis products and their medicinal uses. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions. Must be able to pass a background check (per state regulations).
