Job Description
We are currently looking for a Part Time 38 Sales Associate to join our Newcastle Retail Team team located at the Renaissance Retail Store.
Summary:
Greet and assists patrons in the purchasing of items available for sale, accepting cash and change. Responsible for providing highest level of customer service and providing the winning experience.Responsibilities:
Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency Answers questions in a courteous and professional manner Greets and engages with a smile Determines needs, seeks positive experience and outcomes Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types Maintains general upkeep of work area and maintains a safe environment Maintains and promotes professionalism Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area Picks up and signs for cash bank to be used on assigned shift Assists and guides customers with purchase selection Engages potential customers and guides with selection and purchase decisions May order catolog items if not in stock Promotes products to increase guest satisfaction and store sales Maintains purchase log of sales conducted on assigned shift to be given to Gift Shop Manager for inventory purposes Audits and reconciles credit card receipts, cash received, and balance cash drawer on assigned shift, and complete cash report for all cash denomination and credit card receipts Performs all other duties as assignedCompetencies:
