As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that all products are accurately stocked and displayed. • Responsibilities
• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions about our products and making recommendations as needed.
• Process customer transactions, including handling cash and operating a cash register.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service area.
• Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that products are properly stocked and rotated.
• Utilize retail math skills to accurately count and manage cash, handle cash transactions, and make change as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Upsell and promote products to customers, increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, including providing feedback and guidance as needed.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all products, including their ingredients, effects, and recommended uses.
• Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations, including those related to the sale and use of cannabis products.
• Qualifications
• A minimum of 21 years of age to comply with federal regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience working in a retail environment, preferably in the cannabis industry.
• Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Basic math skills and the ability to accurately count and manage cash.
• Ability to lift, bend, and move products as needed.
• A clean and professional appearance and demeanor.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a desire to provide a positive shopping experience.
• A thorough understanding of the cannabis industry and a passion for cannabis products.
