Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a valid OLCC Worker Permit
• Retail marijuana experience a plus
• Retail, sales, customer service experience
• Must have excellent attendance and professionalism
• Must be detail oriented and able to handle cash, and operate a POS register
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check (excluding marijuana related charges)
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be enthusiastic, friendly, optimistic, outgoing, and a team player
• This position requires the physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, kneeling, and reaching
• Ability to tailor each guest interaction to the individual
• Flexible schedule
• available days, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and some holidays
• Self-starter. Somebody who finds the work that needs to be done.
• 30 day trial for evaluation/Duties
• Provide excellent customer service
• Follow Oregon State law and company security procedures
• Inform and educate customers on products we carry
