Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products tailored to their needs, offering detailed product demos when appropriate Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories, to effectively educate customers Use POS (Point of Sale) systems to process transactions accurately, handle cash and card payments, and manage cash handling procedures Upsell products by highlighting features and benefits to enhance customer experience and increase sales Ensure proper merchandising and stocking of products on shelves to create an attractive shopping environment Conduct inventory checks, stock replenishment, and organize displays to optimize product visibility Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or taking orders remotely while maintaining professionalism Qualifications Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery stores or similar environments involving customer interaction Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly and confidently Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math is essential for smooth transactions Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, merchandising, and stock management is advantageous Demonstrated excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills in fast-paced settings Join us as a Budtender to be part of an innovative team dedicated to providing exceptional service while promoting responsible cannabis use.
