Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Budtender, where you'll be the friendly face and knowledgeable guide for customers exploring our premium cannabis products. In this energetic role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, educate clients on product offerings, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help customers find the right products to meet their needs while promoting responsible consumption. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products tailored to their preferences and needs Educate customers on product features, effects, and proper usage through engaging product demos and clear communication Operate the POS (Point of Sale) DUTCHIE system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and debit card processing Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance Conduct inventory checks Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting remote customers Requirements Prior retail sales experience, preferably dispensaries

BUT WILLING TO TRAIN

Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills in team settings Strong communication skills with the ability to explain products clearly and confidently Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and retail math principles Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to conduct product demos confidently and educate customers about cannabis products responsibly Familiarity with phone etiquette and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Join us in creating a vibrant shopping environment where education meets exceptional service!
