We have both full-time and part-time opportunities. Responsibilities Welcome every customer into the store, offer assistance, and follow up with each customer. Assist customers throughout their buying process, learn about customers' activities, and recommend products that best meet their needs. Continuously grow your product knowledge in the hike/lifestyle, skate, snowboard, ski & water sports departments. Assist with receiving inventory, merchandising displays, and maintaining clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floors. Accurately process sales, returns, and exchanges and other point-of-sale transactions Work collaboratively with your teammates and store leadership to create a positive, supportive work environment. Represent Doug's values by providing friendly, knowledgeable, and memorable customer service every day. Expectations Friendly, approachable, and genuinely enjoy helping others. Curious and eager to learn about outdoor products and activities. Experience in skateboarding, snowboarding, skiing, hiking, or water sports is preferred Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative Maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast paced retail environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to think critically and confidently recommend products that are in the customer's best interest. Must be available to work at least one weekend day and be available for Holidays.
