ABOUT YOU
You're energetic, service-obsessed, and genuinely excited about wellness. You have 2+ years of customer-facing or sales experience, with at least 1 year in hospitality, fitness, or a wellness environment. You thrive in a team, love helping people reach their goals, and you show up — dependably and proactively — every shift.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Be the face of SweatHouz — represent the brand with warmth, professionalism, and real enthusiasm Create exceptional guest experiences from the first hello to the final goodbye Drive membership and package sales through education and genuine connection Manage bookings, inquiries, and follow-ups using MindBody or a similar platform Handle front desk operations: check-ins, payments, and client care Keep the studio spotless and welcoming, including suite turnover and laundry between sessions Execute opening and closing procedures as needed Stay sharp on all product knowledge, membership tiers, and promotions Support studio events, community partnerships, and retention initiatives
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2+ years of customer service or sales experience 1+ year in hospitality, wellness, or fitness preferred Strong communicator who builds rapport easily Passion for wellness and helping others feel their best Comfortable in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment MindBody or similar POS/CRM experience is a plus AED/Adult CPR Certification required (or willingness to obtain) Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
