Job Description

Machine Shop Team Leader Shift:
5:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Thursday Overtime may be required KEITH Walking Floor Systems provide horizontal loading/unloading solutions for bulk materials, pallets, bales and rolls. The company's state-of-the-art production facility in Madras, Oregon operates using Lean Manufacturing practices. We are seeking high performance team members with a commitment to quality work with a positive attitude. Submit your completed application at keithwalkingfloor.com/current openings Essential Functions  Respond to Andon calls by team members.  Cover team member absenteeism.  Team member training and cross-training.  Ensure standardized work is followed.  Perform daily QC audits.  Facilitate small group activities (daily tier board & Safety meetings.)  On-going continuous improvement activities.  Ensure parts/materials are supplied to process/line.  Maintain a "customer first" mindset for productivity and quality.  Maintain 6S in work area.  Meets agreed upon manufacturing goals in a timely manner.  Other duties may be assigned. Minimum Qualifications  Minimum of 18 years of age.  Able to communicate in English with team members (Speak and reading, writing ability required.)  May be required to pass employer performance tests including pre-employment drug screening.  One year of KEITH experience preferred.  Machining experience preferred.  Able to read a tape measure, calipers, and other precision measuring equipment.  Lean experience preferred.  Lead by example with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.  Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. 
Knowledge of Microsoft Office:
Excel, Access and Outlook.  Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
