Brightside Windows | Medford, OR Looking for something more rewarding than another hourly job? Brightside Windows is growing our Medford team and looking for outgoing, motivated people who want to build sales skills, stay active, and earn based on performance. No previous sales experience is required. We'll teach you the role and provide ongoing coaching to help you improve. What You'll Do Connect with homeowners throughout Medford-area neighborhoods Introduce Brightside Windows and our services Generate interest and schedule free consultations Track appointments and daily activity from your phone Work toward individual and team goals This is an outdoor canvassing position with plenty of walking and face-to-face interaction.
