Recommend suitable skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products based on individual client profiles. Demonstrate product usage techniques through live demos or virtual tutorials to enhance client understanding. Assist clients with product selection, upselling complementary items to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain an organized retail space with attractive merchandising that highlights featured products. Build strong relationships with clients through personalized communication, follow-up support, and excellent customer service. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product innovations, and industry best practices to enhance product knowledge. Analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize inventory levels, and achieve sales targets consistently. Maintain average SPH goal of $100. Qualifications Proven experience in cosmetology, skincare, or haircare with a strong understanding of beauty products and treatments. Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable for serving diverse clientele effectively. Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette for client interactions. Strong organizational skills and time management to handle multiple clients efficiently. Ability to perform makeup applications and demonstrate product demos confidently. Knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling and sales data analysis. Demonstrated ability in upselling and achieving sales targets through customer relationship building. Basic math skills combined with organizational abilities to manage retail store merchandising effectively. A positive attitude with a passion for enhancing client experiences through personalized services.
