Job Description

We're Hiring! Roby's Furniture & Appliance is looking for a full-time Sales Associate to join our team!
  • Competitive pay with hourly base + commission + bonuses
  • Health, dental, vision, 401(k), vacation & sick time
  • No furniture or appliance experience? No problem! If you're friendly, personable, and willing to learn, we can teach you the rest. Most team members average around $20
  • 35/hr depending on motivation, customer service, and creative thinking skills.
(Yes… "thinking around the box" is encouraged here ) A split schedule is planned for now, though that could change in the future. Saturdays and some holidays are part of retail life — but the good news? We're always closed on Sundays. We are a drug-free workplace, including marijuana, and do conduct pre-employment drug screening. If you enjoy helping people create homes they love, we'd love to meet you!
