Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional customer service by engaging with clients and understanding their needs Educate customers on product features, effects, and proper usage through product demos and detailed explanations Assist customers in selecting products that suit their preferences and needs, upselling when appropriate to maximize sales opportunities Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for retail transactions, including cash handling and cash drawer management Maintain stock levels by stocking shelves, merchandising products attractively, and conducting regular inventory checks Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations regarding cannabis sales and documentation Handle retail store operations such as cashiering, processing transactions, and managing retail math calculations efficiently Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments Support the team with product knowledge sharing and conducting product demos to educate customers effectively Maintain a clean, organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience Qualifications Experience in retail or customer service environments is preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are a plus Experience operating POS systems, cash registers, and handling retail sales transactions accurately Knowledge of retail math principles including cash handling, balancing cash drawers, and basic calculations Proven customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette Familiarity with cannabis products or willingness to learn about store merchandise and merchandising techniques Ability to perform stocking duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Must be at least 21 years old (or age required by local law) and comply with all applicable regulations regarding cannabis sales Join us in creating an engaging shopping environment where education meets exceptional service!
