• Operate the cash register efficiently while processing sales transactions.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns.
• Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain an organized and stocked checkout area, ensuring products are readily available for customers.
• Supervise junior staff members during peak hours to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize retail math skills to manage cash handling and ensure accurate financial reporting at the end of shifts.
• Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries. Qualifications
• Proficient in basic math skills to accurately handle cash transactions.
• Previous experience in sales or retail environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with operating cash registers and processing payments effectively.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and assist customers professionally.
• Experience in supervising or leading a team is a plus.
