Physical Requirements:

Standing, Walking, Lifting 50+ lbs Cannabis Industry/dispensary sales experience is a plus Working knowledge of cannabis strains and product types Must be Friendly, Outgoing, Trustworthy, Dependable, and Hardworking Must show attention to detail and maintain a clean and organized work station Must be able to provide exemplary customer service, represent the business with pride and get the customer exactly what they want by educating them on products and current specials Background Check Required Duties/Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Greeting, establishing good rapport with customers, and guiding them in finding products that meet their needs ringing up sales correctly in Point of Sale system Cash handling and counting precisely weighing product for deli-style flower service Assembling and labeling prerolls Adhering to strict compliance requirements to maintain a professional and safe environment for customers and co-workers Unpacking, sorting, counting and labeling merchandise as directed Restocking merchandise on the sales floor Participating in daily store clean-up and sanitation protocols
