LeafGuard Team Member:

Engage with homeowners in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner. Introduce customers to LeafGuard's innovative gutter protection solution and explain its key benefits. Identify customer needs and create genuine interest in the product. Generate and qualify leads and schedule appointments for consultations. Build positive relationships with customers through strong communication and customer service. Accurately record customer information, appointments, and follow-ups. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience. Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and coaching sessions. Consistently work toward individual and team performance goals. What We're Looking For in a

LeafGuard Team Member:

A confident, outgoing personality with a genuine interest in working with people. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. High school diploma A positive, motivated, and professional attitude. Ability to work in a team-oriented, customer-facing environment. Self-motivated and comfortable working toward goals. Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or a similar people-focused role is a plus, but not required. A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
