Position Overview The Showroom Sales Associate will support the day-to-day client experience and showroom operations. Working closely with the KEE Formal, EJS, and DK Express Tailor Shop teams , this position will welcome clients, assist with formalwear and garment selections, support fittings and tailoring services, coordinate appointments, and ensure that every client receives attentive and professional service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional appearance, attention to detail, and an interest in fashion, formalwear, and tailoring. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Experience & Sales Greet and welcome clients with a warm and professional demeanor. Represent KEE Formal, EJS, and DK Express Tailor Shop with professionalism and respect. Assist clients with formalwear, menswear, accessories, tailoring, and alteration services. Help clients select garments and services based on their individual needs. Support consultations, measurements, fittings, and appointments. Build strong and lasting relationships with clients. Follow up with clients when appropriate. Contribute to sales and overall customer satisfaction. Showroom Presentation Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom. Ensure garments, accessories, samples, and displays are properly presented. Keep fitting areas organized and ready for clients. Maintain the professional image and standards of the partnership. Appointment & Operational Support Assist with scheduling and preparing appointments. Welcome and check in clients. Record client information, measurements, preferences, and special requests accurately. Coordinate with the tailoring and sales teams to ensure a smooth workflow. Assist with garment intake, fittings, alterations, and pickups. Support special events, private appointments, and other showroom activities. Qualifications Previous experience in fashion, formalwear, tailoring, alterations, retail sales, styling, or customer service preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and polished demeanor. Strong attention to detail and organization. Knowledge of clothing, garment fit, formalwear, or tailoring is a plus. Comfortable using scheduling systems, email, POS systems, and basic technology. Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
