CBD American Shaman of PA primarily supplies Cannabis related products, specifically Cannabidiol (CBD). CBD American Shaman of PA approaches all customers with an Information, Education and Promotion first stance. As a specialty CBD store, it becomes our responsibility to provide the public with the information and education about the Cannabis industry and CBD products specifically. Positions CBD American Shaman of PA is seeking individuals who are independent workers with high standards for customer service. These individuals should possess an interest in helping provide information on alternative options for symptom control for consumers who are searching for healthier, non-pharmaceutical choices. Candidates should be able to help create a comfortable and accepting environment for customers, be able to communicate effectively and have a willingness to listen without preconceived conclusions. Additionally, candidates should possess the following attributes: Responsibilities Greet and direct customers Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services) Answer customers' questions about specific products/services Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing Cross-sell products Ensure racks are fully stocked Manage returns of merchandise Inform customers about discounts and special offers Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager Stay up-to-date with new products/services Assist store manager with inventory counting Availability to assist with outside events & vendors Requirements Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role Understanding of the retail sales process Familiarity with consumer behavior principles Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures Basic math skills Track record of achieving sales quotas Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Ability to perform in fast-paced environments Flexibility to work various shifts High school degree Schedule This is an hourly part-time position, we are currently looking for someone to assist us with 12-15 hours a week. Compensation Our Sales Associates are $16.50/hr with commission. Commission and monthly incentives will be discussed upon application review.
