THE ROLE
We're hiring a Sales Associate to own and grow group and event revenue across all three properties. You'll sell birthday parties, corporate events, league play, golf outings, fundraisers, and private venue bookings — with no cap on what you can earn and no ceiling on how large your book of business can grow. This role reports directly to the Integrator.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Generate new group, event, league, and corporate business across Midway Bowl, Cumberland Golf Course, and The Venue at Cumberland Respond to inbound sales inquiries and convert them into booked, paid events Prospect outbound — local businesses, schools, organizations, and community groups Re-engage lapsed and former clients and rebook returning business Coordinate handoffs with operations and event staff to ensure flawless execution Track your pipeline and report revenue performance monthly to the Integrator Earnings Cap None. Commission is fully uncapped — your earnings grow as your book of business grows Commission is calculated monthly on collected revenue.
Performance expectations:
a $10,000 monthly revenue minimum at Midway Bowl beginning 90 days after hire, and a $10,000 monthly revenue minimum at Cumberland Golf Course beginning Q2 2027 (April 2027). The first 90 days of employment serve as both a sales ramp-up period and a probationary (introductory) period, during which performance, fit, and continued employment are evaluated.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus 1-2+ years of proven sales experience — hospitality, events, entertainment, or B2B preferred A self-starter who thrives on outbound prospecting, follow-up, and closing Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional presentation with clients Comfortable with CRM, POS, and booking tools; proficiency with standard office software Valid driver's license and reliable transportation — regular travel among our three Carlisle-area properties Must be 18 years of age or older (alcohol-licensed venues) Availability for evenings and weekends as events require Ability to work on-site, including standing and walking event spaces and occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs during event setup support Local knowledge of the Carlisle / Cumberland County market is a plus
