Prior supervising experience is preferred to help lead team efforts effectively. Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities to connect with diverse customers. Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions, discounts, and inventory counts. Knowledge of retail store product details, merchandising standards, and sales techniques including upselling. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette. Familiarity with retail sales processes, stock management, and basic math for daily operations.
