As a Retail Sales Associate, you will become an expert cell phone consultant, assisting customers in finding the right products to fit their individual needs.

Responsibilities:

Deliver high quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. Stay up to date with the latest cell phone technology and product offerings. Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in commissioned sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technology. A passion for phones and technology. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
