We are looking for a full-time Office Clerk who enjoys working with the public and has a friendly, outgoing personality. As a team-oriented company, we seek an individual who can work full time, Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and displays a positive attitude when interacting with customers and employees. Knowledge of automobiles and parts is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Perform basic math functions to collect payments and make change. Operate a computer, calculator and credit card/debit card terminals. Collect payments from customers. Maintain accurate cash drawer. Keep the office files organized . Answer incoming and make out going phone calls. Work with vendors to complete each job. Create Invoices for each job, input all parts, labor and materials to each invoice. Work with employees to make sure that the job is invoiced correctly.

Skills:

High school graduate. Mathematical skills and the ability to handle transactions quickly and accurately. Previous experience in a retail automotive office. Positive, helpful attitude toward customers, including the ability to speak clearly and convey information accurately. General Computer Knowledge. Basic office skills.
