Foxlane Homes Philadelphia seeks an enthusiastic Sales Associate to work along-side our experienced Sales Team. The Sales Associate plays a key role in driving new home sales by guiding prospective buyers through the entire home purchasing journey. Working closely with the Community Sales Representative, this position is responsible for cultivating leads, presenting homes and communities, identifying customer needs, and delivering an exceptional homebuying experience. The Sales Associate acts as a trusted advisor to customers while helping achieve sales goals and supporting the overall success of the community. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage prospective homebuyers visiting model homes and sales centers. Conduct community and model home tours, highlighting home features, floor plans, and available options. Build relationships with prospective buyers and maintain consistent follow-up to convert leads into sales. Manage and update customer information within the CRM system. Assist buyers in selecting homesites, floor plans, structural options, and design selections. Prepare sales agreements, purchase contracts, and related documentation in accordance with company policies. Coordinate with construction, lending, title, and design teams to ensure smooth customer experience. Maintain knowledge of community inventory, pricing, incentives, and market trends. Participate in marketing events, realtor outreach, and community promotions to generate traffic and sales opportunities. Support achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales and construction process.
Competencies:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work with a team and independently. Must have technical proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Requirements:
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of sales, real estate, homebuilding, or customer-facing experience preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with CRM (customer relationship management systems) and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to multitask and manage multiple prospects and transactions simultaneously. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales results. Real Estate License preferred or willingness to obtain as required by state regulations. Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed.
