Description Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Unity Township, PA. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional customer experience. We are looking for an individual with sales experience and a strong desire to succeed in retail, customer service, inside sales, or other sales experience is a plus. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a competitive commission structure. Successful Sales Associates are earning $45,000+ annually, depending on individual sales performance. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
Greet customers, answer questions, and assist with product selection
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products
Actively engage with customers on the sales floor
Build strong customer relationships and follow up as needed
Work toward individual and team sales goals
Process transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
Maintain organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing displays
Help customers select furniture, fabrics, finishes, and custom options to fit their needs and styles.
Explain product features, quality, construction, and warranties.
Prepare sales orders accurately and process payments
Learn about new products, manufactures, promotions, and current furniture trends.
Cross-sell and promote additional products
Support other members of the sales team as needed
Perform light cleaning and general store upkeep Qualifications Previous sales experience required
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills required; social media experience is a plus
Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented
Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address customer concerns professionally
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High School Diploma or GED required
Must be available to work weekends
Must successfully complete a drug screen and criminal background check Compensation & Benefits Starting at $15.00/hour + Commission
