Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service person to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and have a passion for helping others. You will need to run copiers, faxing, help with social media marketing. Any graphic design experience would be very helpful. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively. Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, aiming for resolution on the first contact. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction. Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Utilize effective phone etiquette to create a welcoming environment for clients. Assist in training new staff members on customer service protocols as needed. Retail sales and social media marketing. Graphic design experience would be very helpful but not necessary Qualifications Computer experience in order to help the customer Social media marketing knowledge Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with client services and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
