Toys "R" Us — Grove City Premium Outlets, Store #420 What You'll Do As a Sales Associate, you'll help create the Toys "R" Us experience for every customer who walks through our doors. Customer Service & Sales Greet every customer with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude. Help customers find the perfect toy, game, puzzle, or gift. Engage with customers and provide knowledgeable, helpful service. Use the Five Steps to a Sale to create an exceptional shopping experience. Share current promotions, special offers, and loyalty opportunities. Operate the Point of Sale system accurately and efficiently. Assist with special orders and other customer service programs. Help create an environment where customers want to explore, discover, and shop. Keep the Store Fun, Clean & Exciting Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Receive, stock, and merchandise new shipments. Help set up displays, features, and promotional areas. Keep merchandise organized, well-stocked, and easy for customers to shop. Complete regular housekeeping and organizational tasks. Work as part of a team to keep the store running smoothly. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable talking with customers Reliable and dependable Hard-working with a strong work ethic Positive and energetic Organized and able to multitask A team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment A "kid at heart" who gets excited about toys, games, and creating great experiences Experience Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required A passion for toys, games, puzzles, and pop culture is a plus Must be dependable and available to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays Why Toys "R" Us?
